Zero punishment and zero rewards—it's a concept that resonates with me. The idea of constantly trying to motivate a child through external means is, in my opinion, misguided. People, including children, should be driven by their own intrinsic motivations, not by the desire to please others or avoid annoyances. It's a traditional approach to education that I believe should fade away over time.
